This fire-retardant hoop skirt also acts as an umbrella and allows air to circulate around the legs keeping you cool and comfortable in heavy skirts or dresses even on the warmest summer days. The hoops, which are sewn into casings in the skirt, are made of a flexible but durable material that can be twisted so you can fit it into a suitcase and it will spring back to its original shape. While wearing the 4 tier hoop skirt the hoops have enough give that you can sit comfortably in the backseat of a car while on the way to your wedding, Renaissance Faire or Steampunk event. You can even adjust the length of the hoops for a different silhouette.
