The cuff is is approximately 4 1/2 inches long from the wrist. Available in sizes 7-12. Sizing: Use a ruler marked in inches to measure your hand. Set the 0 mark in the crook of your thumb and index finger. Measure distance in inches to the tip of your middle finger.
