Figure flattering cut, fancy epaulets, picadils and sturdy grommets make this bodice unique in it's quality.
The front closure is reinforced with coated metal boning and the neckline is a little higher in the front than the Barmaid's bodice. The fabric is easy to decorate with trim or embroidery. The bodice can be tightened in the back for a better fit like the Irish Dress. Full-Length Drawstring Chemise and Lady's Skirt sold separately
Made of wrinkle resistant twill and lined in black broadcloth. Should fit tight. When in doubt between two sizes, pick the smaller size.

Great heaving cleavage, Batman!
This bodice was comfortable in the shoulders and is lightly boned. I am a full-busted woman, and I found it was able to support and hold up my gals in a pretty, romantic manner. This is not a corset- you aren't going to get much waist definition. But for the right period-style of dress, this is a great option for longer events where comfort is key. And, as the title suggests, I did receive a lot of attention for the rather flattering scooped neckline. It fit perfectly over the super thick chemise, and looked smashing over a full skirt and under a cloak. I gave this product 4 stars because over time the bodice flaps stuck straight out and wouldn't lay flat. I felt a bit silly, but then again, I don't think anyone was noticing. Thanks for the wonderful customer service, Renstore folks. I appreciated the honest discussion about garment fit (turns out this bodice is the longer of the two on the website, especially keen information for us long-torso folks). I was snug as a bug in a low cut rug!
