Late Tudor Patterns for Men (Elizabethan)

Up to 7 different Men's Elizabethan Garment patterns.

1. Fitted doublet with low standing collar, tight sleeves, low waist and straight skirt; modest paned upper stocks with codpiece.
2. Fitted doublet with high standing collar, tight sleeves gathered ay armhole, dipped waist and straight skirt; full paned trunkhose with codpiece.
3. Fitted doublet with high standing collar, tight sleeves, wings, peascod belly, pointed skirt; full paned trunkhose with codpiece.
4. Fitted doublet with high standing collar, tight sleeves, wings, peascod belly and skirt of tabs; full paned trunkhose with canions and codpiece.
5. Fitted doublet with high standing collar, full sleeves tapered at wrist, cuffs, dipped front, peascod belly and narrow straight skirt; venetians.
6. Fitted doublet with high standing collar, falling band, wings, tight sleeves, cuffs, dipped front, peascod belly and skirt of medium tabs; unpaned trunkhose with canions and codpiece.
7. Fitted doublet with high standing collar, tight sleeves, wings, dipped front and skirt of medium tabs; unpaned slops with codpiece.
   Note: The ruffs, cuffs, hose and coats are not included in this pattern; but are available in our other patterns.

Each pattern in the line includes cutting lines and instructions for sizes 6-20. The instructions are prefaced by many pages of historical notes and dozens of annotated photographs of the original costumes from period sources. The designer also shares ideas on enhancing finished gowns with beading, trims, and fur. Medieval Miscellanea patterns are not for beginners and require a fair amount of sewing knowledge, but they are worth the effort.
