gorgeous cotton gauze chemise
The detail on this lightweight yet authentic chemise is exquisite! Perfect for summer under an overdress. The adjustable neck and puffed short sleeves are edges with tiny ecru lace. The sleeves have hidden elastic to keep them perfectly in place. The hem has a deep ruffle making it perfect for country dancing. I am thrilled with this purchase! All my highland games and Renn Faires are in the summer....sweating in muslin is no fun! This chemise is a godsend!

Size M-L leans more to the L not M
My wife wears a medium. Our option was M-L. OK. The size is more to the L side. She was swimming in that thing. Otherwise it is super cute. Looks like Shakespear in Love that Paltrow wore. (But my wife is way better looking and wears it well)

too long
have not washed it yet or actually tried to wear it. it looks and feels great, but it is way too long. i'd have to be at least 6 feet tall to wear it as it is, and i'm only a humble 5'5". same with the chemise i got with it. i guess i am going to have to have them both altered before i can wear them. kind of disappointing.
