  1. If you are unhappy with the merchandise for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a credit towards your next purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed unless returns are in their original packaging with all tags intact and in new condition. This includes no cat hair, cigarette smoke, or wear.
  2. If you are making an exchange, enclose a check or money order to cover the shipping or make arrangements by phone to use a credit card.
  3. If you find any mechanical failure or manufacturer's defect, mail return within 30 days and we will send you a replacement or a 100% refund of the purchase price plus shipping costs!
  4. You must call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping it back to us to insure that your refund is properly applied.
