Guarantee and Return Policy
- If you are unhappy with the merchandise for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a credit towards your next purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed unless returns are in their original packaging with all tags intact and in new condition. This includes no cat hair, cigarette smoke, or wear.
- If you are making an exchange, enclose a check or money order to cover the shipping or make arrangements by phone to use a credit card.
- If you find any mechanical failure or manufacturer's defect, mail return within 30 days and we will send you a replacement or a 100% refund of the purchase price plus shipping costs!
- You must call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping it back to us to insure that your refund is properly applied.
