These Knee-length Breeches are baggy-style pants with under the knee drawstring cuffs and a drawstring waist.
Heavy enough to be used for fighting pants.
Button-fly front with riveted buttons. Drawstring waist and drawstring cuffs as well, so you don't need a belt to hold up pants. These pants have pockets in the side seams, too. Made of wrinkle-resistant twill.
(3/31/2014) I ordered men's Knee Breeches in black twill. I received them today. They fit perfect and the size chart was very accurate. The quality and design is excellent. For me, the best and most compatible breeches for my festival outfit that I have found.

16th Century 501's
Solidly made with durable materials. More of an "adventurers" knee-breeches, than meet The Queen at court dress, but that was the look I was after. The title in the subject is a joking reference to Levi 501 button fly jeans. They are tough like jeans, which I like.
Twill Knee Breeches
I found these to be great general use breeches. The silhouette is more or less appropriate for the Elizabethan period, and I like the buttons. I agree with others who find the drawstring inside the waistband strange and not as functional as one might like. But I would recommend these to somebody looking for an inexpensive pair of breeches.
These are ok
Same as a previous reviewer mentioned, the inner drawstring really makes these sit funny. Also, on my first wearing I had the drawstring seam tear when I went to hike them up, which I had to do constantly. I really don't feel like they are worth the price.
twill breeches review
these breeches are very well made good fabric that doesn't feel like it will rip. the bottom fly is great.i give it 4 stars only because I'm not a fan of the draw string lace being tied on the inside of the waist. this causes the croch area to billow out , i think it would be much better to have the ties on the outside of the pants .
