We offer two shipping methods: United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our default domestic shipping method is UPSG. UPSG is ground shipping method that generally takes 2 to 6 business days. UPSG delivers packages Monday through Friday to residential and commercial/business addresses.
Expedited domestic shipping options are available through UPS. We offer 3-day delivery, 2-day delivery, or overnight delivery options. You may choose a desired domestic shipping method when placing your order, or you may use our online Shipping Calculator to estimate domestic shipping costs for your basket. Orders shipped with any of the UPS expedited shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is available with an additional charge, and special rules apply. When shipping via the United States Postal Service, we use USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days. USPS is the only way we can deliver to a PO Box--including to APO and FPO addresses--please select USPS Priority Mail Domestic if you need your order delivered to a PO Box.
Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday. In general, orders placed and processed before 11:00 am Mountain Standard Time (MST) will be shipped out the same day. Shipping will be delayed for orders placed for items not in stock (backordered items) or international orders, or orders awaiting payment. Orders received or processed after 11:00 am MST will be shipped the following weekday.
There are a few regular exceptions to our normal shipping schedule. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. In addition, we may not ship on the one or two days each year (changes) when we conduct full inventory counts, or on certain holidays and when our shippers are also not accepting shipments, as follows:
- New Year's Day (January 1): Closed for holiday-no shipping.
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May): Closed for holiday-no shipping.
- Independence Day (July 4): Closed for holiday-no shipping.
- Labor Day (first Monday in September): Closed for holiday-no shipping.
- Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November): Closed for holiday-no shipping.
- Christmas Day (December 25): Closed for holiday-no shipping.
Yes! If you need your shipment in one, two, or three days, make sure that all the items you have ordered are currently listed as in stock. Backordered items will delay your shipment. Place your order before 11:00 am MST for same-day processing; otherwise, your order will be processed on the following weekday. We ship Monday through Friday, except for holidays and inventory days. Refer to the following chart to estimate delivery times by different methods:

Expedited shipping methods shown on our website are for domestic (within the USA) shipping only. We can also expedite shipments internationally, and may have a few alternate methods available. Our cut off time is 11 am MST. Assuming you have nothing on backorder, if your order is placed after the cut-off time, it will ship tomorrow. Otherwise it will ship today. To figure out when a package should arrive, find your zone on the map. The key below the map tells you how long it will take in transit. Start calculating from the day after the pick up to allow for processing. Don't count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The shipment should arrive on the last day, before 5pm but it can be later on unusually heavy shipping days or during bad weather.
Our policy is to hold the order until all backorders are in, and then ship the whole order rather than shipping it piece by piece. If you request that we ship all in-stock items right away we will create a separate order for backordered items and we will contact you with new shipping costs. Please note that backorders will affect orders placed requesting expedited (3-day, 2-day, or overnight) shipping. You will be notified by a phone call or email if there is a delay to your order caused by backordered items only if you have requested expedited shipping or if you have put a "Needed By" date in the comments on your order. For the best service, call us and we will help you place an order that will get to you without any delays.
In all cases we will contact you in the unusual circumstance that a backordered item will take more than 30 days to arrive or we can no longer sell that item.
To Canada, we ship via the USPS using Priority Mail International, or via UPS using UPS Worldwide Expedited. Payment to Canadian address must be made through Paypal. Orders shipped to Canada via USPS typically take from 2-4 weeks for delivery and clearing customs. UPS Worldwide Expedited generally takes 3-6 business days for delivery. You are responsible for paying customs if applicable. We do not collect for customs.
To all other countries: Due to problems with customs and duties, we are no longer shipping to any countries other than Canada and the United States.
Duties, delays because of customs, etc: Due to the ever-changing nature of international regulations and tariffs, Renstore.com is not responsible for orders delayed in customs or any duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with the shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your country's requirements before placing an order by contacting your government's website. For additional international shipping information, please contact us using email (to firstname.lastname@example.org). Please include the items, sizes, and quantities you are interested in, as well as your complete shipping address, so that we can make the most accurate shipping estimate for you.
Payment to International address must be made through Paypal. When placing an online order shipping internationally (i.e., outside of the USA), correct shipping charges may NOT appear on your order or in your order total. When we receive your order, we will calculate the applicable shipping charges and email you with the correct shipping price and the new order total. You will have three (3) business days to reply to our email accepting the charges and the shipping method indicated; if you don't respond, your order will be canceled.
Concerning payment of international (non-USA) orders, please note: We are unable to accept credit cards that are not USA based. We do, however, offer the option of paying using PayPal for our customers ordering from outside of the USA. After you have approved the shipping charges, we will send you a PayPal invoice via email and you will have three (3) business days to respond with your payment; otherwise, we will cancel your order and refund your Paypal payment.
We do not ship to all countries.
